Accepted Forms of Payment: Credit/Debit Card: Only for purchases with a combined final invoice total (hammer price + buyer?s premium) of $1000 USD or less. Wire Transfer or Personal Check: Required for purchases exceeding $1000 USD. Wire transfer instructions will be provided with the invoice if applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel payments that do not comply with these methods. Payment Deadline: Payment must be received within 10 calendar days of the invoice date. Failure to complete payment within this time frame will result in the buyer being declared in default and may result in the opening of a dispute or legal action. Worldwide Medals reserves the right to cancel the sale and/or resell the lot(s) at its discretion. The original buyer will be held liable for any shortfall, expenses, and legal fees incurred. 7. Buyer?s Premium: A 25% buyer?s premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot and will be included in the final invoice. 8. No Chargebacks ? Waiver of Chargeback Rights: By registering to bid and by placing a bid in this auction, the bidder expressly waives any right to initiate a chargeback against Worldwide Medals with respect to any payment made by credit card. The bidder agrees that chargebacks shall not be initiated under any circumstances, and that their agreement to these Terms and Conditions constitutes conclusive, written evidence of such waiver. In the event that a bidder initiates a chargeback in violation of these Terms, the bidder remains fully responsible for the full purchase amount, plus any applicable costs of collection, including attorney?s fees, court costs, and administrative expenses incurred by Worldwide Medals. Even if a chargeback is successful, the bidder shall remain personally liable for the full amount owed. 9. Binding Agreement: By registering for and/or placing bids in this auction, the bidder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Payment.
